My goal for the next two months: eat (and make) as many pumpkin-y things as possible.

As displayed below, the options are limitless.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Pumpkin Soup (cooked in a pumpkin, no less): 

Pumpkin Bread Pudding (insert happy dance here): 

Not just pumpkin cupcakes... Pumpkin PIE Cupcakes:

Pumpkin Cornbread? Yes, please!: 

And, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (making these tomorrow?):

Hopefully, I'll be able to make at least ONE pumpkin thing every week. That'll put us right up to Thanksgiving... 
And, then we're switching to gingerbread.
